Midweek Gathering starting May 15th, 6 PM
On Wednesday May 15th, St. Matthew’s will be launching the “Midweek Gathering.” The Midweek Gathering will be an evening of fellowship, food, worship, fun, and study. We will be offering two five week classes as we start, one on marriage, From this Day Forward, and the other on Bible Basics. Vacation Bible School Registration is Open! June 24-28
VBS is just around the corner. Please visit http://www.vacationbibleschool.com/smumc to register your children for God's Backyard Bible Camp (June 24-28, 9 am - 12 pm) and to sign-up to volunteer. We especially need help with decorating and camp design in the next month. It's so helpful to have an idea of how many children will be attending VBS so that we may get our supplies ordered and our staffing levels set. Summer Sunday School Help!
Sign up to teach or be a helper for our summer Sunday School, beginning June 2nd for a combined class of preschool - rising 2nd grade. The children will begin in worship in the sanctuary with their parents and will be dismissed to Sunday School after the first set of music. The older children (rising 3rd - 5th grade) will remain in worship with their parents. Curriculum and classroom assistance will be provided!
