Employment Opportunity
We are looking for someone to work in our nursery for about 6 hours a week, mostly on Sunday mornings, and Wednesday evenings. This will also include special services such as Christmas Eve, Good Friday, etc.  A brief job description is caring for children, greeting their parents, managing the pagers and sign in sheets, sanitizing toys, keeping the nursery straight, and loving children and Christ.  Experience and a love for children is a must.  CPR and first aid certification, or a willingness to achieve those, is necessary as well.  If you are  interested, please contact Leigh Ann at lapruitt@gmail.com.

Women’s Book Study Continues
The group began a 8-week study on March 18th and will continue each Wednesday until May 13th (no meeting on April 8th) We will be studying 7: An Experimental Mutiny Against Excess by Jen Hatmaker.  Please join us Wednesday morning at 9:00 am or Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm. Books are $10.00 each (also available on ebook, if you prefer).  Please contact Leigh Ann at lapruitt@gmail.com or 370-7392 if you have any questions.

Wall O’ Money
Wall O’ Money envelopes are available for pick up from the narthex and are due back by April 19th.  This year we will have envelopes #1-100 where the proceeds will be split evenly between the Youth and Children’s Ministries.  We will also have envelopes #101-200 where the proceeds will go toward the purchase of a new(er) van to replace our current mini-bus.  If you have any questions, please see Chad Robins, Leigh Ann Pruitt, or Gordon Pruitt.

“You’ve Been Egged”
Sunday is the last day to pick up your mission kit from the narthex. Please consider sharing the joy of Jesus with a family you know.
Pizza With The Pastor
If you are considering membership at St. Matthew’s Church, the first step is to attend Pizza with the Pastor where you learn more about the church and review expectations regarding membership.  The Pizza with the Pastor will take place on Sunday, March 29th, at 4:00 p.m. at Pastor Gordon & Leigh Ann’s home (located beside the church at 16 Little Falls Lane).  Childcare is available at the church.  If you are interested in attending, please complete and return the bulletin tear-off, call the office at 784-3176, or email us at mystmatthews@gmail.com.

Easter Egg Hunt
Cookies are needed for our Easter Egg Hunt (Saturday, April 4th at 10 a.m.). Can you make 2 dozen plain sugar cookies next week?  We need cookies for the children to decorate.  If you can make cookies, please let us know (indicate on bulletin tear-off on Sunday or email Leigh Ann at lapruitt@gmail.com).  Also, to help us plan, please RSVP for your family on the bulletin tear-off as well.
